No, but it helps. Existing customers are already set up under an agreement, so nothing has to be negotiated while the site is down.
What is your response time?
It depends on the location, the volume and what is happening in the region — a storm affects everyone at once. We would rather dispatch give you a straight answer on the call than publish a number we cannot hold to.
Can you set up standby arrangements in advance?
Yes, and that is the version that works. Fueling a generator before the outage is a schedule; fueling it during one is a queue.
